"The school admission in Dubai process at Al Khawaneej School is designed to be seamless and transparent, ensuring that prospective students and their families are well-informed every step of the way. We offer all prospective students and their families the opportunity to meet our Senior Leadership Team, take a tour of our school, and learn about our state-of-the-art facilities, student life, and the US Core curriculum we offer. This allows families to gain a deeper understanding of what makes our school unique and how we foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

The application process begins online, followed by communication from our Admissions Team regarding the required documentation. After submitting the necessary documents, the student will undergo an assessment. Once the assessment is completed successfully, an offer letter will be issued, and families will be required to pay a deposit to secure the student’s place. From there, the learning journey at Al Khawaneej School officially begins.

For smooth processing, families must provide necessary documents such as a copy of the child’s passport, birth certificate, immunization record, and Emirates ID cards. For UAE Nationals, the Family Book is also required. In addition, a Transfer Certificate from the previous school is mandatory, as per the UAE Ministry of Education requirements, to ensure legal registration with the KHDA."
